Integrate Shopify
- First, navigate to your Shopify Admin screens and log-in to your account.
- Next, using the navigation panel on your left, click on "Apps".
- Now, find a link to "Manage private apps" and open it, you may be prompted to Enable private app development, and then enable it.
- Next, view your Private Apps and choose the option to "Create new private app".
- Enter in a name (Panda) and emergency developer email for this app (support@pandapostage.com or pandaissues@dekconsulting.com).
- Now click on "Save" or "Generate API Credentials" until you are provided with an API Key, Password, and a Shared Secret. You will need the API Key and Password so make sure to save this information for later!
*Note: You do not need to use the storefront API data.
- Next, scroll down and click on "Show inactive API Permissions" and turn the following permissions to "Read/Write": Fulfillment Services, Orders, Draft Orders, Third Party Fulfillment Orders. Then "Save".
- Now log-in to your Panda Postage account and navigate to the "Integrations" link using the left-hand navigation.
- Click on the Shopify logo image to bring up the integration form to the right.
- Now give your integration a name, followed by copying & pasting the API Key and Password into the corresponding fields. API Key goes into Key Field and the Password goes into the Secret Field.
- Lastly, enter in the URL for your Shopify administration. It should look something like this: jasonscoffeestore.myshopify.com. Click "Save" and your store should now be integrated!
How to Ship
- Once everything has saved successfully, you should see your Store Name under "My Accounts".
- Click on View Orders to be brought to the orders screen.
- Now click on View/Hide My Orders to the choose the "Ship Now" option. Clicking this will load that order into the shipping screen and you can proceed with creating your label!
