USPS Coverage

Items needed to file a claim:

  • Tracking Number & Ship Date
  • Addressee’s Name & Address
  • Item Name, Type, & Description
  • Purchase Date & Proof of Value (Invoice)
  • Proof of Damage (if applicable)

*If you would like us to process the claim for you and add the funds directly to your postage account, please contact Support@PandaPostage.com with the required info.

Panda Postage Coverage

  • Additional insurance can be purchased at a rate of $0.85 for every $100 of coverage
  • Items shipped must follow the USPS Guidelines for Restricted and Prohibited items
  • Any perishable items MUST be shipped via Express Mail to be eligible for a reimbursement
  • Claims will be processed no earlier than 30 days after the original ship date
  • Claims will be processed no later than 60 days after the original ship date
  • A claim for a “lost package” will not be covered if USPS shows it as “Delivered”
  • Maximum coverage amount can not exceed $10,000
    • If coverage over $10,000 is required, you must notify us before shipping
