USPS Coverage
Items needed to file a claim:
- Tracking Number & Ship Date
- Addressee’s Name & Address
- Item Name, Type, & Description
- Purchase Date & Proof of Value (Invoice)
- Proof of Damage (if applicable)

Panda Postage Coverage
- Additional insurance can be purchased at a rate of $0.85 for every $100 of coverage
- Items shipped must follow the USPS Guidelines for Restricted and Prohibited items
- Any perishable items MUST be shipped via Express Mail to be eligible for a reimbursement
- Claims will be processed no earlier than 30 days after the original ship date
- Claims will be processed no later than 60 days after the original ship date
- A claim for a “lost package” will not be covered if USPS shows it as “Delivered”
- Maximum coverage amount can not exceed $10,000
- If coverage over $10,000 is required, you must notify us before shipping
